Whether you’re local or across the country, the MAD Jumpstart is the first step in our coaching process.
Instead of guessing which program is right for you, we’ll spend time getting to know your athlete, identifying what will help them most, and building a personalized development plan.

The MAD Jumpstart includes 3 hours of personalized coaching at 20% off, delivered in the format that best fits your athlete.

Evaluate strengths and weaknesses
Introduce MAD development system
Decide together which membership best fits your goals
The MAD Jumpstart is designed for baseball and softball hitters who are ready to improve with intentional coaching—not just collect drills.
Whether your athlete is 12 years old or preparing for college baseball or softball,
we’ll meet them where they are and build a plan around their goals.
Your Next Step
Start your MAD Jumpstart today and begin building a complete development plan for your athlete.
The best athletes don’t improve because they take more lessons.
They improve because they have consistent coaching, a clear plan, and accountability between lessons, over time.
That’s exactly what your MAD Membership provides.
After completing your MAD Jumpstart, we’ll recommend the level of coaching that’s the best fit for your athlete.
Standard
For athletes looking for a complete development system they can follow on their own.
Premium
For athletes who want ongoing personalized coaching with 60 coaching minutes each month.
VIP
For athletes who want the highest level of coaching, accountability, and support with 120 coaching minutes each month.
Coaching That Adapts to Your Athlete
Your monthly coaching time is personalized based on your athlete’s needs.
Some months that may mean:
In-person coaching
Virtual coaching
Mental performance
Parent meetings
Game planning
Live video analysis
Competition reviews
Every month, we decide together where your coaching time will have the greatest impact.
Our goal isn’t just to prepare your athlete for the next lesson.
Our goal is to prepare them for the next game, the next season, and the next level.

I’ve been in baseball for over 35 years — playing, competing, coaching, failing, winning, repeating.
I’ve seen the whole spectrum.
From youth through pro ball, I dominated. Three All-Star teams between MiLB and Indy ball, monster work ethic, competitive as hell.
For context: 6’3”, 220 pounds, 450–500 ft. HR power, 95 mph arm, usually the best player on the field.
Not bragging — just setting the stage.
Here’s the twist:
None of that mattered.
Talent and tools don’t equal reaching your potential. Scouts and coaches told me constantly — “your mental is holding you back,” “you’ve got a bad attitude” — but I didn’t want to hear it.
Drafted 3x times, 10 year pro, and I still never became the player I could’ve been.
Why?
Because I ignored the piece that mattered most:
my mental game.
That became my coaching philosophy — develop Mindset, Focus, and Approach — because just having the tools alone, is not enough.
[my on-field struggles even made headlines]
